Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange

Items must be exchanged within 3 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Exchangeable Items

Customized or personalized products

Underwear, swimwear, socks, bottles, caps, and goggles (for hygiene reasons)
Exchange Procedure

Contact our customer support at sales@urbanbuck.pk to request an exchange.

Once approved, our representative will create a replacement order.

During delivery, our rider will collect the original product and deliver the new one simultaneously.

Please ensure the item is securely packed before handing it over.

Delivery time for exchanged items is typically 4–5 working days after shipment.
Shipping Costs

Customers must pay Rs.350 as an exchange shipping fee, except for cases involving defective or incorrect items.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our customer service team immediately after receiving your parcel.
Additional Notes

Maximum two exchanges are allowed per order (excluding sale orders).

Sale items are eligible for only one exchange, and must be exchanged for other sale items.

No refund or credit is issued for price differences between sale and regular items.
Refund Policy
Eligibility: Refunds can be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
Verification: Returned products will be inspected by our team before refund approval.
Refund Process: Once verified, we will contact you to collect your bank, Easypaisa, or JazzCash details for the refund.
Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
