Shipping policy

At Urban Buck Pakistan, we strive to deliver your orders efficiently and securely. The following policy outlines our domestic and international shipping process.

Domestic Shipping

  • Free Shipping: Orders above Rs.7,000 qualify for free delivery.

  • Flat Shipping Fee: A charge of Rs.300 applies to orders below Rs.7,000.

  • Processing Time: Orders received after 9:00 AM are dispatched the next working day.

  • Holidays: Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, deliveries usually arrive within 4–5 business days.

  • Processing Window: After payment authorization, it can take up to 2 business days for order processing (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Delivery Attempts: Orders will be cancelled after three unsuccessful delivery attempts.

  • Order Verification: Urban Buck may process verified “Cash on Delivery” orders without telephonic confirmation during high-volume sales or promotions.

  • Delivery Exceptions: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer.

Order Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive International Shipping

  • All international orders are shipped via DHL, Skynet, you will an email with your order number and tracking ID. You can use this tracking number on the courier’s website to monitor your shipment.

  • or UPS.

  • Estimated delivery time: 8–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Processing may take up to 2 business days after payment authorization (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Tracking details will be provided once the order ships.

  • Please retain all email invoices for your records.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject vary by destination country.

  • Urban Buck ships all packages Duty and Taxes Unpaid; these fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs authorities require to customs fees, duties, or taxes, where us to declare the value of your order on the package.

  • We cannot predict or control additional charges as customs policies differ by country.

  • Customers must pay any applicable fees for the package to clear customs.
